All camps are broken down by week and you can select which weeks/days you would like your child(ren) to attend or not attend.

2024 Summer Camp Requirements

2025 Locations:

We will be holding our Inspire camps at our home location, 4753 Spotswood Trl, at Cub Run Elementary, and at John Wayland Elementary. The camps do vary some so please read attached document.

2025 Dates:

We will offer 10 weeks of camp at our home location, beginning June 9 and ending August 15.

We will offer 9 weeks of camp at our elementary school locations, beginning June 9 and ending August 8.

2025 Times & Costs:

15% deposit per week due at sign up (deposit counts towards the tuition price listed below)

Remaining tuition for each week is due 2 weeks before the week of that camp.

Field Trip costs are included into the camp pricing for camps. There will NOT be additional field trip charges or costs.

We will accept subsidy at all locations. Subsidy will only cover $150 per week per child, families are responsible for paying the difference and their co-pay set by subsidy.

Students do NOT have to arrive at 7am, that is just the earliest possible drop off time. A detailed camp schedule will be sent out closer to summer.

Students can stay as late as 4pm if you select the short day camp at our home location.

Students can stay as late as 6pm for all other options (including the full day option at our home location).

At The Elementary Schools:

$185 per week for 4-5 days

$139 per week fo 3 days

$93 per week for 2 days

$47 per week for 1 day

At Our Home Location (7am-6pm):

$225 per week for 4-5 days

$169 per week fo 3 days

$113 per week for 2 days

$57 per week for 1 day

At Our Home Location - Short days (7am-4pm):

$205 per week for 4-5 days

$103 per week for 2 days

Field Trips:

We plan to take 3 field trips per week with these groups using a Rockingham County Public Schools bus as transportation.

Trips will vary by day of the week and time of day, but we will always be back by 3:45pm.

All field trips will have at least one extra staff member over the required number of staff members for the group size.

There are no extra field trip costs. The cost of the trips is built into the tuition price for school age camps.

Naps:

There will be no nap time during camp.

Food:

A morning and afternoon snack will be provided.

Students need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle each day.
